Amaravati Fast-Track: Major Entry Corridors Get the Green Light

The road network in Amaravati is being fast-tracked as the state government accelerates key infrastructure works aimed at strengthening the capital’s major entry corridors.

A key focus is the E.3–N.4 junction near Venkatapalem village, which is emerging as an important gateway into the capital region. The Amaravati Development Corporation has set strict timelines for completion and directed officials to expedite works on priority. This junction links the Seed Access Road (E.3) with the N.4 road connecting Navuluru and Venkatapalem, making it a crucial route for both administrative and public movement.

Authorities have been instructed to complete bituminous works at the earliest and ensure the stretch is made fully operational. Coordinated efforts are also underway with multiple agencies to address drainage systems, desilting, and safety enhancements along nearby water bodies and bypass routes to prevent waterlogging and maintain uninterrupted connectivity.

In addition, extension works are being carried out to improve internal road circulation within the capital region. The accelerated push reflects the government’s broader objective of developing robust infrastructure in Amaravati and ensuring seamless access across the emerging capital city.
